Returns
Do you accept returns? Yes, see below.

45 Day Return Policy: Items can be returned within 45 days of purchase date. The products must be unused and unopened. Proof of purchase is required. No returns accepted without original packaging. We will not accept returns on clearance or discontinued items. If your order total drops below the amount for free shipping , shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not process exchanges due to the additional shipping costs. You will receive a refund for the returned products. Contact us for a return address via info@morvacrafts.co.uk. Please include a note with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
45 Day Replacement Policy: If you received the wrong product or a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service within 45 days of purchase date. We will correct the issue as soon as we can. Defective merchandise will only be replaced within 45 days of order date. Customer Service is available via info@morvacrafts.com

Additional return information for Fuse and Intra-Cut Machines:
***PLEASE NOTE- Fuse Foiling Systems and Intri-Cut Die Cutting Systems are subject to a 25% restocking fee. *Three month warranty against manufacturer defects. Please keep your original receipt and proof of purchase in order to receive a manufacturer replacement. Manufacturer has the right to refund instead of replace. Machine will only be replaced once
Shipping
All items are despatched via Royal Mail, 48 hours tracked.

Cost is £3.39, except for the intri-cut which has the additional shipping charge built into the product price for ease.
